With over 30 years experience in real estate development and design, John P. Wilson brings unmatched expertise to his properties in Costa Rica. A true visionary and skilled craftsman, he gained acclaim for his work restoring Santa Monica's Main Street and the City of Pasadena's downtown and was featured in Fortune, Time and Newsweek. His background in historic renovation and antiques led him to be selected to restore all the trading booths in the New York Stock Exchange and install them in business graduate schools throughout the country.

Turning to Costa Rica in 2003, he began to design his ideal retirement; in the meantime, building homes and properties for others to fulfill theirs. His close attention to detail and persistent attitude has enabled him to navigate the web of Costa Rican laws to create a lifestyle for his buyers, which combines luxury and relaxation.

Before Wilson became an influential force in the real estate industry, he founded the Golden Movement Emporium - the world's largest architectural antique dealership - and cofounded Kennedy-Wilson Real Estate Auctioneers, a Beverly Hills-based company with 20 offices in the United States and Japan. Traveling around the world and studying a wide gamut of architecture and decor, has allowed him to draw the best of each to create a style that is truly his own.
